There are three ways players can get in-game graffiti: Players have a chance to receive Graffiti as a free weekly drop for ranking up. Individual Graffiti patterns can be purchased from the Steam Market. The days of grabbing an ol' image off your hard drive for use as a spray in Counter-Strike are well gone.

One of the things Counter-Strike purists didn't like about Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was its lack of support for player sprays. Sprays are images you, well, sprays on walls in the game. The feature has been available in many Valve games, including Team Fortress 2, for years. Sprays have been one of the early ways players could express themselves online in multiplayer games.

Spraying clan logos or funny memes after landing good shots or end-of-round saves was a practice many were accustomed to. Valve has officially brought sprays to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, but there's a catch.

Now called "graffiti", you'll get them as drops in-game and in Graffiti Boxes. They can also be sold and traded on the Steam Marketplace.

The company explained some of the details about the new system in a new FAQ. At medium-long range, shoot 4 bullets, in the middle, move the prog down a little to the left, and then a sharp turn to the right.

When shooting from a buffalo, the scope, firstly, moves up, but after the 10th bullet the accuracy of shooting increases. When clamping with P90, the scope pretty quickly goes up, but after bullets the spray starts to shake from left to right. Spray with M is powerful with motion to the right, but then it stops moving upwards and becomes more chaotic.

Bullets fly close to the target up to the 5th bullet. After that the weapon starts moving left and right. After bullets it is almost impossible to control the spray.
